These terms apply to your use of JobSphere, operated by JobSphere. By creating an account, posting a job or submitting an application, you agree to them.
1. The service
JobSphere lets employers submit job postings for review. Approved postings are shared with our WhatsApp job-seeker community, and applicants apply through a link to this site. We are not an employment agency and are not a party to any employment arrangement between employers and applicants.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
3. Credits and payment
- One credit is deducted each time a job posting is approved. No credit is used for rejected postings.
- Credit prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by HitPay.
- Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
4. Job postings
Employers must ensure every posting:
- is for a genuine, lawful vacancy in Singapore and describes it accurately;
- follows the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices and does not discriminate on age, race, gender, religion, marital status, family responsibilities or disability;
- does not ask applicants for payment or include misleading, offensive or unlawful content.
We may reject or remove any posting at our discretion, including one that has already been shared.
5. Applicants' data
Employers who receive applications must use applicants' personal data only to assess them for the role applied for, and must handle it in line with the PDPA. See our privacy policy.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee any number of applicants or hires, or the accuracy of information supplied by employers or applicants. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
